I love this dress. It is not see-through. It is a very pretty color and VERY flattering. The material is a very light cotton and cool in the summer. I have a puffy belly these days from too many tacos and lattes so it helps hide the belly. I own two of them now. Even the lighter teal one is not see through. I can wear it to work with kids (I am a teacher) and I do not have to worry that the kids will get a show if I bend over in front of them. It is modest but very very pretty! I am 5'7" 140 pounds with measurements of 36 bust, 32 waist, 38 hips. A size small fits perfect!!
